Mövenpick Hotel & Residences

Nestled at the edge of the lush garden of Nairobi’s Central Park, Nairobi Serena has over 95 guest rooms and 12 meeting rooms. Its main ballroom can host up to 500pax in a theater setting, the Frangipani holds up to 250pax, and the Allamanda can hold up to 200pax. 

The Serena has an onsite restaurant, gym, and spa for guests to enjoy. The Central Park, Nairobi National Park, and The Giraffe Center are memorable nearby attractions for your participants to enjoy.

InterContinental Nairobi

Situated in the city’s heart, InterContinental is next to the famous Kenyatta International Conference Centre. It has 326 hotel rooms and 11 meeting rooms to accommodate anywhere from 30-700pax. The Mara Ballroom is the biggest room with a capacity to host up to 800pax.

If they so desire, conference delegates can enjoy a wide range of experiences, including shopping at the Masai open-air markets. They can also visit the nearby Nairobi National Park or the Nairobi Arboretum Park for an authentic taste of Africa.

Hilton Nairobi

The iconic Hilton Nairobi, one of the world’s well-known hotel chains, is located in Nairobi’s central business district near the Kenyatta International Convention Centre and within walking distance of the Masai Market. The Hilton has over eight meeting rooms, and one of the biggest ballroom in the city, hosting up to 700pax in theater style. This room is followed by the Tsavo and Amboseli rooms, hosting 500 and 300pax, respectively.

If you want to use this hotel as your event venue in Nairobi, Kenya, use it before December 2022 because the Hilton will be closing its doors indefinitely after that.

Sarova Stanley

Sarova Stanley cemented its place in 1902 by becoming the first hotel to host world leaders, authors, and celebrities. Located at the center of Nairobi, Sarova Stanley has over 8 meeting rooms. The biggest one, the Churchill Ballroom, can host up to 450pax in theater style. 

The hotel is within close proximity to exciting sites your event participants will enjoy. The Jamia Mosque, Kenya National Archives, and the August 7th Memorial Park are all within short-distance from the hotel.

Trademark Hotel

Trademark Hotel in Kitisuru is a member of design hotels. Its form was inspired by the cultural and creative renaissance of Nairobi. This event venue in Nairobi is located walking distance from the U.S. Embassy in Kenya and United Nations Office in Nairobi. The hotel has 215 rooms and ten meeting rooms. Of the ten meeting rooms, conference rooms 1, 2, and 3 join together to accommodate  over 500pax in theater style.

The Masai Market, Karura Forest, and Kiambethu Farm are all accessible attractions near the hotel

Villa Rosa Kempinski

Located in the Westlands, Villa Rosa Kempinski is an excellent fusion of European style and Kenyan Hospitality. The hotel has 200 rooms spread over ten floors. It has 10 meeting rooms, and its pillarless grand ballroom and Fedora, can host up to 500pax in theater style.

The Nairobi Botanic Garden, Nairobi National Museum, and Nairobi Central Park are walking distance from the hotel.
